Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Boxx (player) or Boxx Manager (turf owner) account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We process every request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address tied to your account so we can verify it's you:

1. Send an email to jivani.jevin25@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Boxx account".
3. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the app.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo URL).
• Your booking and cancellation history, favorites, and reviews.
• For turf owners: your managed turf and pitch configuration and revenue records, unless we are legally required to retain them.
• Your account credentials and active sessions.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where the law requires it — for example, transaction and tax records for completed payments (held by our payment processor, Razorpay, and in our financial records) for the period mandated by applicable regulations. We also keep aggregate, de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked back to you. None of this retained data identifies you personally.
